Fixed, virtual and hourly offices

Fixed, virtual and hourly offices

A stationary office is a place of work for officials and administrative staff employed by companies or administrative institutions. Offices may contain individual rooms, group interiors or large spaces, also commonly known as open spaces. In the case of stationary offices, employees are employed for a fixed number of hours corresponding to the full-time contracted working time. Fixed offices are areas leased on a permanent basis to a company or institution conducting its business activity there.

What are hourly offices?

An hourly office is a form of renting a stationary office only for a certain number of hours per month. This allows smaller companies or self-employed individuals to rent office space only for the time needed to do the job, thus saving on office space rental costs. Most often the office is rented for hours by people conducting recruitment meetings, training courses, owners of online shops, writers, micro-entrepreneurs and freelancers, as well as startup owners.

Characteristics of virtual offices

Virtual offices are most often rented by people running their own business, working remotely and freelancers. Unlike an office for hours, a virtual office is much cheaper to rent, but there is no possibility of a physical stay in such an office - it serves only as a representative office of the company and its address. Thanks to this, freelancers can avoid running their business at home, which is not only unprofessional, but also gives potential customers the address of the employee's residence. With virtual offices, this can be avoided.
