Looking for an office printer? You don't have to overpay for it - choose a model that is cheap to use. What does this mean? Receive a good quality print at a low price. In our TOP-5 list we will take a look at printers that are ideal for small and medium-sized businesses. When selecting printers for our test, we took into account the different printing requirements.

That's why we present both very cheap mono printers, as well as slightly more expensive ones, which make it possible to obtain high quality colour prints and A3 format printing. Looking for a printer for the office first of all we have to answer the question - which printer do we want to buy?

We have inkjet and laser printers to choose from. In case our printouts will consist mainly of text, we should bet on an inkjet printer. However, if there is a large amount of graphics in addition to the text, let's choose a laser one. In our ranking of low-cost office printers, we have included both the purchase price of the device and the cost of printing one A4 page as a criterion. The ranking does not include any multifunction devices dedicated to small businesses.

Epson WorkForce M 105

This is a monochrome printer that is extremely cheap to use. It's perfect for small offices that want to reduce printing costs. The Epson WorkForce M105 is ideal for accounting offices, for example. According to the manufacturer, an ink cartridge with a capacity of 140 ml will allow to print about 6 thousand pages. The cost of printing one page is less than 1 penny. Printing the entire paper risk will therefore cost less than PLN 5. The printer prints at a maximum speed of up to 15 pages per minute, providing a relatively good print quality - 1440x720 dpi. Eposon iPrint makes it easy to use the printer. It allows you to print wirelessly from tablets and smartphones.

Samsung SL-M 2026

It is a printer that drew our attention mainly because it prints relatively quickly - even 20 pages per minute. Compared to the very economical Epson described above, we can print up to 25 percent more documents. The printer has a high resolution: 1200x1200 dpi. It will work well in those offices where exceptionally often a large number of documents containing mainly text or with a few simple charts or graphics are printed. Thanks to the Samsung Easy Eco driver, which has enormous potential, the SL-M 2026's operating costs are low.

Epson L805

This is an economical inkjet printer. Compared to other inkjet printers, it features a high-capacity ink tank. The device provides excellent print quality not only for text documents, but also for graphics and charts.

HP OfficeJet 7110 ePrinter

This printer is ideal for offices where large amounts of text, charts and tables are printed. Plus: printing in A3+ format possible. The device prints in colour or black. Print from mobile devices.
